Setting up your Linnworks integration

Updated on 7 May 2026

The Linnworks and Stream integration is owned and implemented by Rishvi.

It’s a two-way integration that will create orders in Stream and receive updates back in Linnworks.

Additionally, for customers selling on Amazon, eBay and Temu, the Stream Tracking ID can be automatically fed back to these marketplaces via Linnworks, along with the correct carrier information.

The integration is very flexible and should cover the majority of use cases, but Rishvi are happy to discuss any customisations as needed.

The full integration specification can be found using the links below.

What can you do with the Stream-Linnworks integration?

Here are some of the key things that the Stream-Linnworks integration provides:

  • Send orders from Linnworks to Stream automatically
  • Create orders in Stream, ready to be planned on delivery runs
  • Generate shipping labels directly from Linnworks
  • Receive tracking numbers back from Stream on each Linnworks order
  • View delivery status updates in Linnworks as orders are collected or delivered in Stream
  • See run and sequence assignments in Linnworks as routes are planned in Stream
