Follow this guide to learn how to assign an order to a Business Partner in Stream.
Assigning a Business Partner to an order will make the order visible to partner in their Stream account.
Step 1: Go to ‘Order Search’
From the main menu in the top right-hand corner of Stream, click ‘Order Search’
Step 2: Select the Order
Locate the order which you wish to assign to one of your business partners. Double click the order to view the Order Details screen (or alternatively click the edit button to the left of the order).
Step 3: Add a Business Partner to the order
In the Order Details module in the top left hand corner of the screen, click the ‘Partner’ drop down menu and the select the partner which you would like to assign the order to.
Step 4: Save the Order
Once you have assigned the Business Partner to the order, don’t forget to click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the Order Details screen.
