How do I track my delivery?

Updated on 6 March 2026

Important

Stream is NOT a delivery company, we are a software company. Companies subscribe to our application to manage their own deliveries. We do not have drivers or vehicles, and we cannot access real-time tracking updates or delivery information for individual orders.

Why you have received ‘Stream’ tracking

If you received a tracking number for “Stream” or “Go2Stream”, it means the seller you ordered from is using our software to manage their own deliveries, or in some cases, the courier delivering your order is using our software.

Stream is listed as a “recognised carrier” on several marketplaces, including: Amazon, eBay and Temu. This means the seller is delivering the order using their own vehicles, via Stream.

How to track your order

We understand you’re eager to receive your delivery.

Please follow the steps below to track your order and contact the company making your delivery if you have an issue:

  1. If you have a tracking URL (via email or text): Follow the link to view the delivery status. The correct contact information for your order will be on this page, usually in the top-left corner. If the page says “This order is being processed,” your delivery has not yet been scheduled.
  2. If you have received a tracking number only, please add this to the end of the following URL, ensuring there are no spaces:
    https://www.go2stream.net/stream/live/track/view/Tracking.php?trid=[YOUR TRACKING ID]
  3. If this does not work, please try again using the following link: https://live.go2stream.net/stream/track/view/Tracking.php?trid=[YOUR TRACKING ID]

If you are still unable to track your order or need an update, you must contact the company you ordered from directly. For orders placed on marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.), please follow their usual procedure for raising a delivery ticket with the seller.
