Logging in to Stream on desktop

Updated on 19 June 2026

Stream can be easily accessed via your computer using any standard web browser, and you will be able to log in once your company’s system administrator has created a user profile for you.

Please Note

Driver access is limited to the Stream mobile app. Drivers can only use the web browser to reset their passwords.

Logging in to Stream on a desktop browser

  1. Navigate to your Stream login URL in your web browser (this will have been provided by your Implementation Lead or your company’s system administrator)
  2. Enter your User ID
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click ‘Log In’

You will now be redirected to whichever screen is set as the ‘Home screen’ for your user profile.

Logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Depending on your company configuration settings, you may be required to complete an extra security step using MFA after entering your login details:

  1. Enter the 6-digit verification code generated by your Authenticator app or sent to your registered email address
  2. Click ‘Verify’
