You can require your drivers to capture at least one photograph at each stop on a run, in order to mark the stop as ‘Complete’.
You can turn this on or off in the ‘Mobile App’ section of the ‘Settings’ screen.
- Click ‘Menu’ in the top right corner
- Click ‘Settings’
- Click the ‘Mobile App’ tab of the settings screen
- Check the box to enable ‘Make photos mandatory when completing a stop’
- Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Save’
Please Note:
- Photographs taken at the ‘Item’ level don’t count towards this. The ‘required’ photos must be captured at the last stage of the stop process when collecting the customer’s signature.
- Camera permissions need to be enabled for the Stream mobile app, in order to capture photographs.
- It is not possible to require photos for one stop and not another, if this setting is turned on, it will be required for all drivers at all stops.
