Customer sees an error when clicking their tracking link

  • Order deleted – If an order is ‘Deleted’ instead of ‘Cancelled’ after a tracking link has been sent to the customer, then clicking the link will result in an error screen being displayed as Stream will not be able to locate the order that the tracking link is referencing
  • Stream platform down for maintenance – If accessing a tracking link during one of our planned maintenance windows, a user may see an error screen. These maintenance windows are rarely longer than half an hour and the page should load correctly as soon as the system is back up and running
  • Connectivity issues – if the error is not a result of the above items, then it is likely that their device or browser is encountering connectivity issues that are preventing the page from loading
