The Stream mobile app is what drivers use to complete walkaround checks, report defects, access routing information, as well as perform deliveries and collections whilst out on the road.
If you are a driver, you won’t have the required permissions to be able to access Stream in a web browser. If you try and log into Stream in a web browser, the only action you can take is to change the password on your user account.
Logging into the Stream mobile app
Step 1: Download the Stream mobile app to your device
Looking to find out where you can download the Stream mobile app? Follow our guide here.
Step 2: Open the Stream mobile app
Once you’ve got the app downloaded to your device, tap on its icon to open the app.
Note: If you’re logging in for the first time on your device, you will be asked to allow permissions for the Stream mobile app to access your camera and location. It’s important you allow these permissions to ensure you don’t lose any functionality within the app. If you need to changes the permissions later, you will be able to find the options in your phone system settings.
Step 3: Enter your Username and Password
When the app opens up, you’ll see the login screen. Enter your username and password in the fields.
You may see an option to select ‘Remember Me’ which will store your login details on the device to make logging in quicker in the future. If you can’t see this field it is because your company has chosen to disable it, so please contact your system administrator for additional information about this.
Step 4: Click Submit
Clicking submit will then log you into the Stream mobile app and you’ll be greeted with the main menu.
Please Note: Stream is a continually evolving platform, so the screen you see here may look slightly different compared to the images seen in the video or the screenshots on this page, depending on what version of Stream you’re running.
Resetting your Password:
If at any point you forget your password, you can click the ‘Forgot Password’ button, on either the login screen or on the main menu, and a password reset link will be sent to the email address that’s linked to your account.
If you do not have an email address linked to your account, then you will need to contact your system administrator who will be able to reset your password for you.
