If you’re trying to view your run in the Stream mobile app, but you can’t see it in the list, there could be a couple of reasons why.
Reason 1: The run hasn’t been ‘closed’ in Stream
If the run hasn’t been ‘Closed’ in planning within Stream, then the run won’t appear for the driver in the mobile app. Contact you system administrator to make sure the run has been ‘closed’.
Reason 2: The incorrect driver has been assigned to the run in Stream
Runs only appear in the Stream mobile app for the driver that has been assigned to them. If you’re supposed to be performing a run, but you can’t see it in the mobile app, it may be because the incorrect driver has been assigned to the run in Stream. Contact your system administrator to make sure the correct driver has been assigned.
