If you’re having trouble logging in to Stream in your web browser, this could be due to a number of different reasons, such as:
- You may have entered your username or password incorrectly
- Your account may have been been suspended
- There could be an unknown issue with your Stream account
- Your account type is ‘Driver’ – Driver access is limited to the Stream mobile app, and you can only use the web browser to reset your password.
But don’t worry, in this guide we’ll walk you through the steps you can take to resolve this.
Step 1: Check your login details are correct
This may sound obvious, but make sure that the username and password that you have entered are correct. Don’t forget that your password is case-sensitive!
Step 2: Click ‘Forgot/Reset Password’
Click ‘Forgot/Reset Password’ on the login screen to send a password reset link to your inbox.
Once the password has been reset, try logging in again with your username and the new password you have just created.
If this doesn’t work, move on top Step 3.
Step 3: Check your account hasn’t been suspended
Within Stream, there is an option for a company to suspend a user account. This will prevent it from being able to sign into Stream.
Contact the Stream administrator at your company to find out if your account has been suspended.
If your account hasn’t been suspended, move on to Step 4.
Step 4: Contact Stream Support
If you have tried all of the above options and you still can’t get signed into Stream, there may be an issue with your account.
You can contact Stream support here to let us know about the issue and we’ll try and resolve it quickly for you.
