If you’re having trouble logging in to the Stream mobile app on your device, this could be because:
- Your username or password are incorrect
- Your account has been suspended
- There is an issue with your Stream account
But don’t worry, there’s a number of steps you can try to resolve this.
Step 1: Check your login details are correct
This may sound obvious, but make sure that the username and password that you have entered are correct. Don’t forget that your password is case-sensitive!
If this doesn’t work, move onto Step 2.
Step 2: Click ‘Forgot Password’ and reset your Password
If you have an email address associated with your Stream account, you can click the ‘Forgot Password’ button and be sent a link to your inbox to reset your password.
If you don’t have an email address associated with your Stream account, then you will need to contact your system administrator who will be able to reset the password and provide you with the details.
Once the password has been reset, try logging in again with your username and the new password you have just created.
If this doesn’t work, move on top Step 3.
Step 3: Check your account hasn’t been suspended
Within Stream, there is an option for a company to suspend a user account. This will prevent it from being able to sign into Stream.
Contact the Stream administrator at your company to find out if your account has been suspended.
If your account hasn’t been suspended, move on to Step 4.
Step 4: Contact Stream Support
If you have tried all of the above options and you still can’t get signed into Stream, there may be an issue with your account.
You can contact Stream support here to let us know about the issue and we’ll try and resolve it quickly for you.
