Stream is a ‘recognised carrier’ with Amazon. As a transport and logistics management platform, our integration with Amazon helps merchants who self-deliver Amazon orders.
The Amazon ShipTrack integration enables you to select Stream as a ‘Carrier’ for self-delivery orders in Amazon Seller Central so that tracking events for that order can be shared between Stream and Amazon.
Using the Stream to Amazon ShipTrack integration can help you keep your Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) above 95% and reduce A-Z claims.
Enabling the Amazon ShipTrack Integration
To enable the Amazon ShipTrack integration in your Stream account:
- First, you need to make sure you have an active Stream subscription. If you are not already subscribed to Stream, you can start that process by booking a demo with our team. Book My Demo
- Contact the Stream team to get the Amazon ShipTrack integration added to your Stream account. Contact Stream
Planning correctly in Stream
For the valid tracking events to be retrieved by Amazon correctly, you must ensure that the correct steps are followed in Stream.
Once each order has been processed correctly, you will be able to add the Stream Tracking ID to each order in Amazon Seller Central.
Please note:
- Orders MUST have been created AFTER the Amazon ShipTrack integration has been enabled
- The order MUST have an Order Type of ‘Delivery’ (NOT ‘Collection’ or ‘Multi’)
- The order MUST have the ‘Address 4 (City)’ and ‘Country’ fields populated when the order is created
- The relevant Depot MUST have the ‘Address 4 (City) and ‘Country’ fields populated
- The order process MUST be completed in the expected sequence (NOT adding orders to already ‘Closed’ or ‘Departed’ runs)

- Click on ‘Confirm dispatch’ in the ‘Action’ column for the relevant order.

- In the ‘Service’ field, enter ‘Standard’
- In the ‘Tracking ID’ field, paste the Tracking ID that you have just copied from the Stream order
- Click on ‘Confirm dispatch’
