The ability to automatically send reminders before vehicle bookings are due is part of the vehicle bookings process.

The feature makes it easier to maintain your fleet and to keep vehicles roadworthy, as you will be notified in advance when vehicle bookings are due.

By setting up automated email reminders, you can minimise the likelihood of missing an inspection, MOT or service booking – no matter what size your fleet is.

Stream now offers the possibility to send email reminders when bookings are due.

Reminders can be sent X weeks and/or X miles before the due date as defined via the Vehicle Types Management Screen.

Reminders can also be sent when the booking has not been marked as complete on the due date and/or booked date.
