Yes! Delivery routes can be optimised in Stream in just a single click of the ‘Optimise’ button, which will plot the stops into the most efficient sequence. However you can alternatively fine tune your routes exactly as you need by dragging and dropping stops into the required order.
Yes! There are plenty of events in Stream for which you can send notifications to your customers. The Planning screen in Stream has inline buttons for sending email and SMS notifications to each customer to let them know their delivery/collection has been planned, and provide them with a tracking link for them to follow their order.
Yes they can! When an order is created in Stream, a unique tracking link is automatically generated for it. This can be sent via automated notifications to your customers, who can simply click the link and view details such as the status, their delivery slot, the driver’s location, and any proof of delivery information that gets captured, such as who, when, and where their delivery was signed for.
Yes! The Stream mobile app includes complete ePOD functionality, which allows your drivers to capture customer signatures, delivery photos & any associated notes at the point of delivery, and update delivery statuses in real-time.

By default, data captured in Stream is kept for 18 months, but the retention period can be increased to 6 years with Extended Data Retention.
