Automotive Parts delivery management benefits
Optimise delivery operations to ensure critical parts don’t sit on vans while workshops wait
Reduce “Where’s My Order” calls
When customers don’t know where their order is, they call. Real-time delivery tracking & notifications give clients accurate ETAs on every item.
Plan express & urgent orders for parts
Automatically plan multiple runs per day for drivers and vans where speed & accuracy are vitally important, ensuring you deliver the right part to the right place, every time.
Reduce customer disputes
Capture photos, signatures, timestamps, barcodes and location data at the point of delivery, giving you clear evidence and faster invoicing & dispute resolution.

Automated Route Optimisation & Planning
Deliver automotive parts at scale - regardless of complexity
Whether you run complex multi-drop operations with a mixed fleet, fixed routes for trade customers, or your drivers are delivering parts and then returning to the depot to reload, you can calculate optimised routes and utilise automation features to boost the efficiency of your entire planning process.

Proof of Delivery for every part
Total visibility over every bumper, battery, exhaust and tyre
Capture signatures, photos, and scan codes at the doorstep or loading bay. If a customer is not present, drivers can log the specific location where parts were left. This data syncs instantly to your back office, speeding up invoicing and resolving disputes immediately. Protect your business from liability claims, speed up cash flow, and give customers professional, auditable proof of every delivery.

Inventory control with Barcode Scanning
Scan, locate, and deliver every part with increased accuracy
Loading errors cost money. Scan items onto the vehicle and off again at the destination, ensuring the right items on the right vehicle before setting off, and delivered at the other end. Various depot scanning options also help reduce picking errors and improve visibility across your operation.

SMS/Email Notifications & Real-time Tracking
Keep your client’s workshop up-to-date on their order automatically
Send proactive updates to end consumers, dealerships, workshops and independent garages. Real‑time order tracking and automated SMS and / or email updates give your clients accurate ETAs. This visibility builds trust and allows workshops to plan their technician's time effectively.
Valid Tracking for Marketplaces
Extend your reach with valid tracking for Amazon, eBay and Temu
If you sell parts directly to consumers via marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and Temu, Stream passes valid tracking updates back to these platforms. This protects your seller rating and opens up new revenue streams for your parts e-commerce business.
Integrations with ERP, DMS & WMS
Connect your parts catalogue with your delivery operation
Your parts inventory, order management, or dealership management system shouldn't live in a separate world from your delivery operation. Orders can flow directly from your back office system into Stream for planning. As those orders are processed, status updates can be ‘pushed’ back, giving you a single source of the truth and removing the need for double-entry of data.

Barcode scanning can give you complete traceability of goods through the supply chain, as well as reduce the risk of human error mistakes when it comes to loading and unloading. Using barcodes can eliminate errors, reducing the number of failed deliveries and redeliveries, and ultimately saving you time and money. In short, barcodes make it easy to ensure that the right goods are on the right vehicles and the right runs.
