Are you wanting to run a report in Stream to show what orders were delivered between certain dates and how many days the order has been in stock for?
Not a problem. This can be achieved using the Item Detail report.
Step 1: Go to Order Search
From the main menu in the top right hand corner of Stream, head to ‘Order Search’
Step 2: Filter the Search
Click the ‘Search’ button at the top of the Order Search screen and enter the start and end dates that you want the report to show orders placed between
Step 3: Select the ‘Item Detail’ report
At the bottom of the Search filter screen, in the ‘Select Report’ drop down menu, select the ‘Item Detail’ report
Step 4: Run the report
Click the ‘Run Report’ button.
This will download your report in an XLS file which will contain a column of how many days these items on the orders have been in stock for.
It will also include columns such as:
- Date from order
- Date from stock
Which will let you know how long it has been since the order was placed and since the stock was on hand.
