More features from Teletrac Navman embedded in Stream

We’ve been working on integrating with market-leading telematics and vehicle tracking provider Teletrac Navman over the past few months. If you’re not familiar with Teletrac Navman, you can view their website or have a look through the pages we’ve added to the Stream site.

We started by pulling in vehicle tracking data from Teletrac Navman’s DIRECTOR product to enable Stream subscribers to compare planned routes with those actually driven. We’ve progressively added more rich, real-time data from DIRECTOR to be able to display elements of driver tracking, driver behaviour and other telematics data in Stream.

Planned vs actual route comparison & GPS vehicle tracking data

See detailed vehicle tracking data so you can analyse and compare the performance of planned routes and what was actually performed. Drill-down by clicking on each pin to see more information.

Used as part of regular analysis and driver debriefs, you can understand the reasons for any changes to planned routes and help you build intelligence into your route planning (beyond Stream’s algorithms) and create schedules that are more accurate in the future. This can be particularly important with the challenges of the first and last mile, where issues such as parking, access and roadworks etc. can cause significant delays on a permanent and / or regular basis.

Adding an additional layer to the existing GPS location Stream collects from the driver’s mobile app, Teletrac Navman’s telematics data provides more accurate vehicle tracking and significantly richer data on run status plus vehicle and run performance.

High definition vehicle and driver behaviour data

Teletrac Navman DIRECTOR provides a number of features which improve fleet and driver safety and compliance so you can identify driver behaviour issues and create safety programmes and corrective actions. By integrating dashboard camera technology, available through Teletrac Navman, you can implement training that is personalised and relevant to your drivers and easily develop driver safety incentive programs.

Vehicle activity

Examine and analyse completed runs to identify when dangerous driving took place, such as harsh breaking, aggressive acceleration, erratic cornering and posted speed violations.

We’ll be adding more and more data from Teletrac Navman over the coming months directly into Stream. To learn more about our integration with Teletrac Navman, please contact Shahid Latif on shahid.latif@go2stream.com.
