Improved delivery scanning workflow 4652
There’s a new streamlined barcode scanning workflow for drivers when scanning items on runs, which applies when your account has the ‘mandatory scanning’ setting enabled.
This improved workflow includes:
- Optionally allowing a whole stop to be marked as failed from the stop screen, without having to log events against all items.
- Removed the need to click ‘Finish Scanning’ after successfully scanning all items.
- The ability to tap on a row in the ‘Scan Items’ screen to log an event against the item without scanning it.
- A new option to allow non-scanned items to be marked as ‘Delivered OK’.
- A new option to allow all non-scanned items to be actioned together.

Add a note to a run 4500
It is now possible to add a note to run, which can be useful if you need to leave instructions for planners, reminders for yourself, or details about something that relates to that particular run, such as booking details.
Run notes are internal only, and cannot be seen by customers or drivers.

Export user permissions 4501
It is now possible to export a CSV/XLS file, called the ‘User Authority Export’, containing details of all users and the various permissions they have enabled/disabled, which is useful if you need to review user access at any point.
