Marking a vehicle defect as assessed

Anyone performing checks and managing vehicles using Stream Check now has the ability to mark a vehicle defect as having been assessed, but not yet resolved.

Users no longer have to review all outstanding defects to prioritise remedial maintenance.

What has changed?

New alert flags have been added to the vehicle and defect lists to identify when a defect has been assessed and if that assessment was carried out on time.

In the Stream Check vehicle management screen, new text has been added to the vehicle list and the defect list to identify unassessed defects and defects that were not assessed on time.

In addition, we have redesigned the defect management pop-up, to cater for marking defects as assessed and making it easier to use.

The overall layout of the defect management popup has been made less cluttered and easier to use

Within the new popup, you are now able to add multiple pieces of defect information at the same time.

You are now able to enter multiple pieces of information at once about a defect

Once a defect has been assessed, the new information will be displayed in the vehicle’s history. The alert flag will either be removed or changed to reflect the assessment of the defect.
