As you enter characters into the order Search field in the header of Stream, a list of orders matching the details you have entered will begin to appear.
By default, clicking one of these drop down items will take you to the tracking screen for the related order.
However, there is a setting you can change if you’d rather be taken to the ‘Order Details’ screen for the related order, as opposed to the ‘Tracking’ screen.
Please Note:
You will need to have access to the ‘Settings’ screen enabled on your account in order to be able to change this setting. If you don’t have access to the ‘Settings’ screen, you can contact support@go2stream.com for assistance with enabling this option.
Step 1:
From the main menu in Stream, click ‘Settings’.
Step 2:
Click the ‘Orders’ tab on the left hand side
Step 3:
Under the ‘General Settings’ section of the ‘Orders’ tab, check the box next to the option that says ‘Open Order Details from header search’
Step 4:
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and click ‘Save’.
