This month, we have introduced two new features to the STREAM delivery and transport management software application. This follows the addition of in-flight driver tracking, and cube and volume calculations in load planning in last month’s release.
SMS TEXT NOTIFICATIONS
STREAM now gives you the option to provide customers with updates on their orders and deliveries by SMS text message as well as by email.
Customer messaging
Through the consumer tracking screen, your customers will be able to send messages through to you about their order or delivery slot. This is particularly useful if your customer wants to update you on a safe place to leave an order, or request a change to their delivery slot.
