We recently integrated Stream with Linnworks, which has been a game changer. We’ve been able to automate more processes across the operation, including passing valid tracking updates back and forth between Amazon/Temu and Stream, through Linnworks, for self-delivery orders.

Valid, marketplace-compliant tracking across Amazon, eBay and Temu, has significantly reduced delivery disputes, A-to-Z claims and payment delays. Having accurate, real-time tracking automatically passed back to each marketplace means fewer customer issues and greater confidence we’ll be paid on time.

Everyone in the transport, operations and customer service teams love it. We must also say that the support team at Stream has been fantastic!

Turn has provided us with control over the exact routes we want drivers to follow. We’re able to design them ourselves, ensuring location pins are exactly where they need to be, and ensuring those routes match what our customer wants.

What appealed most was having a HGV-specific sat nav app, but without having to have an extra device attached to the windscreen. Automatically pulling through all the truck dimensions from Stream made it very easy.

Stream gives us a range of beneficial features, including the ability to schedule our deliveries, capture vehicle walkaround checks, and monitor and track the performance of our logistics operation, which can help improve efficiency and visibility.

Stream’s integration with Sage 200 provides a significant advantage, eliminating the need for complex data transfers, streamlining workflows and reducing the risk of data errors.

We’re using Stream on a national level, with a fleet of 17 vehicles, and with room for growth. Stream’s seamlessly integrated with SAP Business One, and all consignments automatically push to our logistics tracking software, making the process very easy.

We use the pick and delivery lists in our warehouse, which allows us to make sure vehicles are loaded in the correct sequence for drivers to pick the items when they reach the location, all done through the app.

Stream is great for managing our delivery and logistics operation, especially route planning and vehicle walkaround checks, which are very easy to use. We’ve connected Stream with SAP Business One, making the whole planning and order management process even easier.

Stream lets us see where every driver and order is, and provides a visual display of where our deliveries are. The delivery route planning, and proof of delivery, are the most valuable parts of Stream.

Stream Check is very easy to use for walkaround checks and defect reporting. There’s less paperwork and much better communication between drivers and mechanics. When a defect is reported, it can be dealt with much quicker and more efficiently.

Our customer service team can take a call, quickly search for an order, and answer that question immediately. That’s if they even need to call at all, as often we’ve already sent them the information they need directly from Stream.

Stream is an excellent solution for various aspects of the wholesale business. What makes the difference to us especially is the after sales service and the magnificent support team.
