  • Scan items onto every delivery route. Ticking off items on a piece of paper is a recipe for mistakes, misread items and lost paperwork. Even using an app to locate and digitally tick off every item is still prone to misidentification, or accidentally ticking the wrong box. By scanning barcodes onto a vehicle, you’ll have much higher rates of accuracy.
  • Scan them off again as part of the ePOD process. As with scanning items onto a vehicle, when your driver reaches their delivery destination and comes to checking delivered items off a list – whether manually or electronically – a scanned barcode leaves far less room for mistakes and ambiguity.
