Cybake has formed an integration partnership with logistics and transport management specialist Stream.
Cybake bakery software is used by bakeries of all sizes to process orders and manage production, invoicing, deliveries and more. Stream is a multi-award-winning logistics, vehicle and transport management system.
Based in Leeds, UK, Stream provides cloud software solutions and a range of add-ons that help bakeries delivering good and products in their own vehicles manage their logistics operation and fleet more efficiently.
Stream optimises delivery routes, captures electronic proof of deliveries (ePODs) and tracks drivers in real-time. There is also a module to help maintain the roadworthiness and safety of fleets of vehicles with a walkaround checks app, defect reporting and a web-based application for managing vehicle maintenance bookings and schedules, vehicles and drivers.
While Cybake, which is headquartered in York, UK, has similar modules for deliveries, Stream is increasingly popular with larger bakeries that manage big fleets of delivery vans and/or sandwich trucks. These bakeries often combine Stream with Cybake to manage their deliveries.
Due to demand from bakers that use both Cybake and Stream, Cybake now sends customer orders, addresses and geocodes direct to Stream without any need for time-consuming manual file transfers or checks. Stream subscribers can then plan their routes and record proof of deliveries accordingly.
