Status updates on each order, i.e. order planned and order delivered, can also be made available in SAP Business One and viewable in Stream, giving your customer service, finance and other teams instant access to delivery confirmation for faster query resolution and invoicing.

Integration ensures both systems stay aligned. Any changes made to an order in SAP Business One are automatically updated in Stream.

Furthermore, if you delete an order in SAP Business One, it is also removed from Stream (provided it hasn’t been dispatched).

Yes. Once an order is processed in Stream, the system generates a unique tracking link and customer reference.

This tracking URL can be sent to your customer automatically from Stream by email and / or SMS text message.

The tracking ID and URL is also made available to SAP Business One, allowing your team to share real-time delivery status and ETA updates directly with your customers, improving transparency and reducing inbound support calls.
