January 2026

A 2-part release this month with improvements to Vehicles, Notifications, Depots and Products, with many more updates to follow later in the month.

Release Date

Tuesday 27th January 2026

Our January 2026 release will be arriving in 2 parts, and part 1 of the release will also include a period of downtime during our scheduled maintenance window, while we implement some of the required changes.

The mobile app will continue to work for drivers who are out performing runs, and updates will be synced back to Stream from the app once the downtime is over.

Release Schedule:

  • Part 1: Saturday 17th January 2026 (with downtime 6:00-6:30pm GMT)
  • Part 2: Tuesday 27th January 2026

Items to be included in Part 2 of the release will be added to this page closer to their release date.

Mobile App Releases

App updates will arrive after the release date shown, due to dependency on approval and publishing by the respective app stores. App changes will be applied the next time the app is updated from either Google Play or the iOS App Store.

Vehicles

  • Add an option to define vehicle checks for reporting purposes rather than conformity/defect reporting 5116
  • Add a ‘Depot’ column to the Metric Export 5585

Notifications

  • UI Improvements to the ‘Notifications’ screen 3811

Depots

  • Add optional ‘Depot Groups’ functionality to restrict user access to certain depots 3950

Products

  • Add an option to provide a link to a product image, and show this image on the proof of delivery document 5481
