Orders created in Linnworks are automatically pushed to Stream, where you can plan route optimised multi-drop delivery jobs.
Labels are generated in Linnworks and then can be used for barcode tracking and scanning in Stream.
You’ll be able to send delivery slots and tracking information to customers by email and / or text message. Customers can view live, real-time tracking using the unique tracking ID (which can also be used for marketplace tracking).
Electronic proof of delivery is captured in the mobile app and updates passed back to Linnworks.
This seamless connection removes the need for manual data entry, ensuring your transport team can focus on logistics rather than administration.
Yes. The Linnworks integration allows you to create shipping labels in Linnworks and then use those labels in Stream.
This keeps your warehouse workflow consistent, whether you are using third-party carriers or your own vehicles which can both be managed in Stream.
Absolutely. Every order created in Stream has a unique tracking ID / number and URL is created for it. Updates to that order can be sent to your customers directly from Stream by email and / or text message.
Proactive notifications and the tracking URL provide customers with live tracking and accurate ETAs for their deliveries.
Those same tracking numbers (and their updates) can be ‘pushed’ back into Linnworks to ensure full visibility and traceability for each shipment.
Yes. Stream includes a dedicated driver app that captures electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) at the point of delivery.
Drivers can collect digital signatures, take photos, and record delivery notes. This real-time data allows you to confirm successful deliveries immediately.
As an event-based application, all updates for the order are also recorded and can be pushed back into Linnworks for complete visibility.
The Linnworks integration handles cancellations efficiently. You can cancel shipping labels directly from within Linnworks, provided the manifest hasn’t been filed yet.
This ensures that cancelled orders are removed from your pool of orders for planning delivery schedules before they cause confusion or wasted effort.
