Stream’s integration with Unleashed creates a seamless two-way link between your inventory and your logistics operation.
Orders created in Unleashed are automatically pushed into Stream for planning onto delivery runs / jobs and then optimizing those runs.
As your drivers complete deliveries (and capture proof of delivery), Stream updates Unleashed with real-time status changes, ensuring your operations team always has the most current data without manual entry. Unique tracking ID’s are created for every order which can be provided to customers by email and / or SMS text message.
The Unleashed integration has been developed by Stream and is fully maintained and supported by us. We also implement the integration between Unleashed and Stream. As well as working closely with Unleashed, Stream also has partnerships with manufacturing consultants and Unleashed implementers, including Langcroft Consulting.
Yes. When a driver marks an order as “delivered” or “part-delivered” in the Stream driver app, the integration automatically triggers an inventory update in Unleashed. This ensures your stock levels are adjusted in near real-time, maintaining accurate inventory records across your entire business.
Absolutely. Once an order is created in Stream, the system generates a unique tracking link and tracking ID / reference.
This information is automatically ‘pushed’ back to the order in Unleashed, allowing you and your transport and customer service teams to easily view tracking details and share them with customers (by email and / or SMS text message).
The integration keeps both systems aligned. If you edit an order in Unleashed, those changes are automatically reflected in Stream. Crucially, if you delete an order in Unleashed, it is also deleted from Stream, preventing your drivers from attempting to deliver cancelled orders.
Yes. Stream’s electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) captures signatures, photos, and delivery notes via the driver’s app. Various statuses captured in the mobile app are automatically pushed back into Unleashed, giving you a centralised digital record of your deliveries directly attached to the relevant order.
