Stream’s integration with Brightpearl provides a seamless two-way data flow between orders managed in Brightpearl and your own-fleet delivery operation managed in Stream. The integration has been developed by Stream and is implemented, maintained and supported by us.
New orders in Brightpearl are automatically ‘pushed’ to Stream for route planning. Critical delivery information, such as planned delivery dates, real-time status updates, proof of delivery information and tracking links, are made available from Stream to Brightpearl.
Yes. When your delivery driver marks an order as “delivered” or “part-delivered” using the Stream driver app, the integration automatically updates your inventory levels in Brightpearl. This ensures your stock counts remain accurate in real-time without the need for manual data entry.
Absolutely. Stream’s electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) feature captures signatures, photos, status updates and delivery notes via the driver’s mobile app. This data is automatically pushed back into Brightpearl against the specific order. Complete order history and proof of delivery document is available to your customer service team via each order’s unique tracking link which is accessible without leaving the Brightpearl interface.
Any modifications to an order in Brightpearl are automatically updated in Stream. If an order is deleted in Brightpearl, Stream triggers an immediate email notification to your transport team, ensuring they know to remove the order from the dispatch schedule and preventing failed delivery attempts.
Yes. Once an order is processed in Stream, our platform generates a unique customer reference and a real-time tracking link. This information is sent back to Brightpearl. This tracking link and delivery information can be shared automatically sent to your customers from Stream by email and / or text message.
