What is the Driver Debrief report?
The ‘Driver Debrief report’ in Stream is a downloadable PDF which provides a complete overview of an individual run and becomes available once the run has been completed.
PLEASE NOTE:
A run, and all of its associated drops/stops, must have been completed by the driver using the mobile app, in order for the report to become available.
How do I view the Driver Debrief report?
Once a run has been completed you can view the Driver debrief report from the ‘Advanced Planning’ screen in Stream.
Step 1: Select the Run
From the main menu in the top right of Stream, click ‘Advanced Planning’.
In the ‘Runs’ list at the top left, use the filters and locate the run you’d like to produce the report for.
Click the run to select it.
Step 2: Open the report
With the run selected, click ‘Actions’ in the ‘Selected Run’ module in the bottom right corner.
From the dropdown menu, click ‘Print’.
This will open a popup window where you can choose which report you would like to produce.
From the dropdown menu, click ‘Driver Debrief Report’.
You can then choose whether you’d like to ‘omit consolidated items’ from the report. If you’d like to see any consolidated items on your report, make sure this box is unchecked. If not, you can leave the box checked.
How do I download and save the Driver Debrief report?
With the report open in the pop-up window, you can select the ‘download’ button from the top right to download the report to your desktop.
Click the download icon, name your file and choose a location to save it to your machine.
