PDF report of the order summary including Proof of Delivery (POD)
From tracking, you will be able to create a PDF report including any images captured and the POD signature.
Splitting order lines
This feature will enable you to split order line quantities and deliver them seperately. For example, if a customer orders four of a certain item, but you only have three in stock, you’ll be able to split that order and deliver the final item at a later date.
Automatic customer notification and acceptance of delivery slots
STREAM already calculates delivery slots when routes are planned. If required, this feature will then send an email notification to your customer with their individual delivery slot, which they can then accept and confirm online.
