Following quickly on the footsteps of the January Furniture Show, STREAM will be returning to the National Exhibition Centre for kbb Birmingham 2016 from Sunday 6 March to Wednesday 9 March.

kbb Birmingham 2016 is the UK’s leading kitchen, bedroom and bathroom industry event. Operating for over 30 years, kbb puts the world’s best known KBB brands with retailers, architects, interior designers, contractors, property developers and installers.

Located on stand R147 in Hall 17, we will be showing KBB retailers, wholesalers and distributors how easy it is to manage their deliveries, vehicles and orders with STREAM. There will be an opportunity to see some of the latest functionality we have introduced at first hand, including real-time ‘in-flight’ driver tracking.

Update

We had a great time at kbb 2016, talking to furniture retailers, wholesalers and distributors about their delivery and transport management needs. We learned more about the ways STREAM can specifically help retailers of bulky items, like bedroom furniture or kitchen and bathroom equipment, to make their deliveries more efficient.

Utilising specialist load-planning, map-based route-optimisation software, and a dedicated driver app, STREAM makes B2B and B2C delivery planning for furniture and large household items a breeze, which saves time and money, by reducing paperwork, minimising driver time on the road, and optimising vehicle space to ensure large, heavy delivery items make efficient use of vehicle space.

Whether you are delivering furniture direct to the consumer, or to a retailer, STREAM improves the customer experience with email and SMS notification of deliveries, and in-flight driver tracking, to ensure delivery times are accurate, and customers no-longer have to wait at home all day to accept delivery of large household items. The STREAM driver app also ensures accurate recording of delivery damage to any part of an order, reducing the possibility of disputes and costly returns.
